Brief: RCL Update Video (Canva) Create a short, engaging update video for Rotary Community Leaders (RCLs) using the Canva platform. The video should communicate key updates, celebrate successes, reinforce priorities, and highlight upcoming opportunities and actions across Rotary South Pacific Community Groups. The video should be visually appealing, aligned with Rotary branding, and incorporate a mix of presenter video, graphics, imagery, key messages, and captions to maximise engagement and accessibility. Deliverable One completed RCL update video. One reusable Canva video template designed for ongoing use across future RCL updates. Objectives Deliver updates in a concise, professional, and engaging format. Create a scalable solution that can be easily updated for future communications. Non-Negotiable Requirement The successful provider must create a fully editable Canva template that can be reused for future RCL update videos. The template must include branded title slides, content sections, transitions, lower-thirds, closing slides, and placeholder elements that can be easily updated without requiring redesign work. Ownership and editing access to the Canva template must be transferred so it can be used repeatedly for ongoing RCL communications.
