Hi Mark, I am the District Secretary of 9705, as well as the District Youth protection Officer, and I am wondering if you can assist me please. We currently have a number of email addresses attached to share point/ OneDrive. We have been fortunate to get these for free from Microsoft for a number of years, however we have been told by our IT person (non-Rotarian) that as from October this year, it will cost us $9.50 per email address per month. The idea of these email addresses OneDrive etc was for continuity – for example – all youth protection files are handed on from one director to the other. If the district chooses not to pay for these email addresses, is there somewhere else that we should hold secure files for the future? Thank you for your assistance Kind regards Jane Whitten
